Job Description

Service Revenue plan achievement
1.Responsible for service revenue target achievement for the dealership specifically the rev per job card and the number of job cards
2.Align Service Marketing plan in line with the business requirement discussing it with CRM
Service Inwarding
1.Get the appointments for the next day every evening from the service marketing department
2.Assign individual customers to each service consultant and ensure that they follow up with the customers
Complaint resolution& processes
1.Acts as a key contributor to the Service experience, uses his superior interpersonal skills by cultivating personal relationship with heavy usersand promotes the company image
2.Uses his experience and conflict resolution skills to resolve all critical customer issues and complaints to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
