Job Description

• Service Revenue plan achievement
• Responsible for service revenue target achievement for the dealership specifically the rev per job card and the number of job cards
• Align Service Marketing plan in line with the business requirement discussing it with CRM
• Service Inwarding
• Get the appointments for the next day every evening from the service marketing department
• Assign individual customers to each service consultant and ensure that they follow up with the customers
• Monitor the service inwarding process followed by the service consultant and the security guard
• Ensure that all customers are handled in a time bound manner and receive service consultation to their satisfaction
• Ensure that all vehicles are delivered on a timely manner and asper cost estimates provided during inwarding
• Regularly tracks progress by conducting aftersales KPI achieve
