There is an immediate opening s with our MNC Client
Process: Service Desk -QA

Shifts Rotational Shift

Job Location: Bangalore

Salary: 4 to 5 LPA

notice period: 45 days

Role:Monitors and evaluates transactions
• Provides Agent feedback
• Analyze, reports and measures improvements on team level
• Join internal Calibration sessions
• May join external Calibration sessions
• Provides support in documentation of business processes and other continuous improvement projects.
• Generates reports (statistics, graphs, etc) specifically on the status of quality initiative implementation.
• Provides support in preparing training materials to percolate quality awareness
• Raise issues encountered during implementation and/or monitoring of quality initiatives.
