Job Description

Responsible for building a thriving online community of OnePlus fans via social media
Build and grow the social media community through identification of customer base, content, and strategic initiatives
Plan and create high quality content for sustained community engagement
Identify and collaborate with potential KOLs
Gather and analyze data for insights on OnePlus community and sustained community growth
Reactively respond to questions, concerns, complaints, and other communications on social media channels, forums, blogs, and articles as appropriate
Localize OnePlus brand’s message, tailor global campaigns and execute country specific initiatives
