JOB TITLE: Software Quality Assurance Engineer
DEPARTMENT : Products LOCATION : India, Vadodara
REPORTS TO : QA Manager / Team Leader
Job description
MISSION
Participate in the design and implementation of our product line.
RESPONSIBILITIES Following the Scrum methodology,
1) Participate in the quality assurance of our products
2) Design, execute and automate scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
3) Identify software's deviance from standards and specifications, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance.
4) Document software defects, using a bug tracking system (Jira)
5) Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
6) Provide feedback and recommendations to developers and stake holders on software usability and functionality.
7) Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
8) Should be an autonomous
