Job Description

Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients and internal support team members to resolve support issues.
Application testing, deployment, customization and support for end users. Primary point of Support to end users in real-time (as per SLAs). Secondary point is Deployment and customization.
To keep abreast of the new enhancements/bug fixes in new releases.
Help create user & training documentation for applications.
Troubleshoot software and hardware related problems around deployed applications.
Learn internal systems to provide necessary support and backup of other support team members, including creating new profiles, managing new software versions roll out.
Helps to continuously improve processes in the department and the company as a whole.
