Job Description

Verification of all requirements at specified level.
In hand experience of problem Sloving tools.
To ensure the product / component quality at final stage.
Study of customer complaint and finding the linkage with the & inhouse & supplier process.
Find and verify root causes through problem solving discipline with the involvement of supplier and CFT and with proper co-ordination of purchase department.
Ensure the implementation of corrective /preventive action as per commitment.
Prevent system problems which may arise during action plan at Customer end and in-house
To ensure that the feedback on quality issues is given with correct level of details as commitment.
Continuous follow up to the Customer for getting and resolution of Warranty Issue & problem.
Handling of Customer PPAP
Process / Product Audit at In-house as per VDA 6.3 and generation of audit score
