-Draw up an implementation road map of Safe Workplace
-Facilitate implementation of the Safe Workplace concept in Shift Based Teams on the shop floor
-Liaise with Government Authorities on Matters Factory inspectorate , Fire Department , Electrical Inspectorate
-Support compliance to requirements of other statutes such as the Factory Act & Rules, Boiler Act, Indian Electricity Rules through the concerned functional executives
-EHS and TPM Audits and implenatiation
- Implementation of Safety and TPM vision and MIS reports
