Job Description

-Responsible for the RMS System (Recruitment System);
-Reviewing CVs
-Employee referral check; Selection of candidates
-Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers
-Liaison with the agency on the hiring of Lateral Level Hiring.
-Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report.
-Reviewing the Recruitment agency invoices before forwarding.
-Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance)
-Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitments documents
-Coordinate job fairs, campus drives, new advertisement etc
-Handling new employees reporting duty, such as induction and reporting needs
-Update the Employment / Vacancies Reports.
