Staff Software Test Engineer

Job Description:
Leads the QE efforts for Big Data team and takes complete ownership of releases.
Helps in building automation framework and CI/CD.
Creates test plans, designs, develops, and executes reusable and maintainable automated scripts and applies understanding of issues that may arise around automated/load testing

Skills & Qualifications

Overall 8-10 years of QE experience and minimum of 2 years of full time exp in BigData technologies like Hadoop, Amazon RedShift, MapReduce, Apache Pig etc
Experience in SQL and test expertize in ETL / Data Migration / Data Transformation is must.
Strong Unix understanding and core familiarity a must.
Knowledge of one or more object oriented languages (e.g., C++ or Java) and/or scripting languages like python.
