Job Description

Candidate should be capable fulfil the following responsibilities:

-Taking dictation (English)

-Drafting legal documents such as Affidavits, Agreements, Contracts, briefs in addition to drafting emails, letters, circulars and other forms of basic legal office communication

-Minimum shorthand speed of 100 wpm in English and minimum typing speed of 75 wpm

-Manage diary / calendar along and schedule meetings and appointments on behalf of the Partner of the firm

-Liaising with staff and clients as required by the Partner of the firm

-Highest degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word along with knowledge of all fundamental shortcuts

-High proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications such as Word, outlook, excel etc.

-Organising and maintaining files and records
