Job Description

• Partner with business to understand their priorities, needs, concerns and address the same in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
• Track employee productivity and take required actions to enhance productivity
• Provide inputs in creating the manpower plan and budgets
• Implement the manpower plan to achieve the recruitment targets as per the manning model and TATs
• Stay connected with employees through periodic one-on-ones, FGDs and other forums to understand their needs and issues and address the same within relevant timelines
• Provide support in implementing an objective performance assessment of employees through LDS as per defined process and timelines (
• Provide support in implementing competency based assessments to identify, nurture and retain key talent
• Implement the rewards and recognition program.
