Job Description


Set goals and provide direction, to maximize profitability and lead by example
Train, develop and coach all store staffs, to ensure the team operates efficiently and achieve business targets
Help coordinate company’s sales & marketing team, to ensure store’s alignment with all events
Understand and communicate with customers effectively as well as handle all complaints and emergency incidences with urgency in order to improve customer satisfaction
Inspire, develop and lead a high performing team of individuals who deliver positive experience for customers
