Job Description

•Setting monthly targets for team members
•Ensuring that the team meets monthly sales targets as per commitment
•Meeting personal monthly sales targets as per commitment
•Manage the conversion of prospective customers into leads and eventually into sales by team members approaching decision makers within customer organisation
•Monitor the performance of the solution desk lead of our Client for maximizing end-customer conversions and comfort
•Ensuring that team maintains excellent relationship with prospects, leads &customers
•Interaction with clients to understand products,schemes and other such details
•Retention of team members, imparting training to them and ensuring their growth
