Duties and responsibilities:
• Communicate / Respond promptly and professionally to Students by telephone, electronically or in person.
• Communicate and coordinate with Colleges Heads as necessary to escalate and direct requests and unresolved issues to the Technical Lead for action.
• Follow through on Students queries in timely manner.
• Ensure records of Students enquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken are kept up to date and recorded.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Adosat’s services and processes to deal confidently with students.
• Participate in incoming call loop, including overflow from main office.
• Ensure own tasks and procedures are documented.
• Handling of Petty cash and other office Administrative work.
• Assist in Event Coordination activities as and when required.
