Subject Expert/ Product Development Associate

Responsibilities:
? Developing high quality questions and tests that help students to learn, or assess student learning levels
? Researching and understanding the Science of Learning, participate in subject based research projects, by reading pedagogy related research work, analyzing ADD-Ed’s rich student response data.
? Developing customized assessments for schools/different projects
? Design ,develop and improve the product using different analytical tools.
? Provide out-of-the-box alternatives to develop effective solutions.
? Represent analyzed data in the form of systematic and effective reports for the client.
