TEAM LEADER

• To perform optimization studies on powertrain product development activities for strength, durability and NVH targets.
• To support and coordinate with in the team to drive in achieving the team specific goals and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• To lead the Optimization team and handle multiple projects with technical directions along with process adherence for powertrain projects.
• Able to support Cross functional activity for local and Global projects.
• To identify the gaps and prepare a skill ramp up plan for team member project requirements
-Ability to guide team members for executing pilot projects and transform it to standard projects
-Ability to provide new methods and ideas for team members to achieve center of excellence

• Hypermesh, SIMLAB ,Optistruct & Hyperview
• Solver knowledge of Nastran / Abaqus will be preferred.
• Experience in CATIA-V5
