Job Description

Toppr is looking for an Executive or Senior Executive in its Talent Acquisition team,with 4 – 6 years of experience into Bulk Hiring/Volume Hiring/Sales Hiring. Specially from BPO Industry, startups, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Timeshare.
As a recruiter, you’ll own and deliver on the sales hiring strategy and its executive.
You’ll source potential candidates on a large scale and build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best sales talent at Toppr.
