• Responsible for Full life cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles across in IT industry.
• Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.
• Responsible for Utilization of internal database to identify potential candidates.
• Placing job requirements on the Internet/Different Job Sites to increase the candidate pool.
• Identify networking activities such as professional associations, calling on technical trade schools and other services
• Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications and exp.
