Job Description

We are Looking to Hire Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Ideal candidate shall be one who has in depth understanding of end-to-end recruitment process must have worked on core engineering & support functions.

A s a talent acquisition specialist you shall be primarily responsible for;
Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per Company Requirement ( Across Department/Functions)
Developing and managing Candidate pool
Attracting new candidates via Professional networking, internal database, job portals, references & Headhunting
Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.
Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities
Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking timely feedback from the Internal Stake Holders.
Salary negotiation.
Ground Orientation & on boarding of new joinees.
