Teacher Trainer (Product Trainer)

We are looking for a Teacher Trainer who can assess the Training needs, build the training material and deliver to the targeted audience. Candidates with experience in Sales, Product training would be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Training teachers on Toppr offering (Products)
2. Induction training for Sales team on product and process
3. Working on presentations on Toppr offering
4. Coordination with sales and customer success teams
5. Develop and assess training needs
6. Conceptualize and build training materials based on need

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Strong communication skills (written + oral)
3. 2+ years prior experience in training
4. Proficiency in all MS Office programs
5. Proficiency in Google Docs and Google sheets
6. Teacher training experience is a must
