Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Personnel tracking (onboarding/off-boarding) for global Talent - end to end headcount management.
- Team Administration responsibilities: Assisting with global travel, organizing team events, room reservation, access card and security compliance, stationery supply, Visa support process etc.
- New Hire Readiness for contractors: access to GRA, updating time & cost tool.
- Invoice management: processing and tracking all global invoice and payments, execute monthly charge backs of MDL projects
- IT Asset management: Yearly laptop forecast, stock maintenance, device and other accessory management, tracking and ensuring timely machine upgrades
- Assist in recruiting efforts: Assisting recruiters schedule candidates
