Qualification: BBA / B.Com / BBM
Total Years of Experience: 2 – 5 years(preferred exp in call center activities)
Language Preference: English &Kanada
Salary: 3 - 4 L pa

Job Description :
• To analyze and monitor call center reports
• To maintain the quality of calls through audit and give the appropriate feedback to the agents to improvise the same.
• To develop the team and ensure they consistently deliver the needed performance and monitor individual team members to identify and schedule required training needs.
• To set quarterly targets and objectives for the executives in conjunction with your manager
• To hold weekly meetings, discuss task delegation and review issues
