Job Specifications:

This is a Team Lead role responsible for building a team that effectively boosts sales as well as deliver superior customer service.
Primary Tasks:
? Direct call center operations as a liaison between customers and call center employees.
? Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities, monitoring
and providing effective feedback, coaching, professional development, and corrective action
? Perform quality checks, develop and review performance reports, identify areas to improve, and implement measures to improve performance levels and meet objectives.
? Develop sales skill of each customer service executives to drive revenue growth.
? Coordinate the interviewing, hiring and training of customer service executives as per man-
power planning.
