Job Description: only Females
· Responsible for overall recruitments (souring till hiring) in the organization and build up a talent pool pipeline for all levels and verticals.
· Meeting the turnaround time is one of the key performance parameter. Recruitment target achievement, vendor bills submission and adherence of all deadlines as set by the management.
· Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum viz. Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, Institutes, Consultants, etc.
· Identify, empanel recruitment partners and maintain relationships
· Liaison with recruitment partners for scheduling interviews and regular follow ups till line ups.
· Write job descriptions, understand the JD and prepare recruitment plan accordingly.
· List job postings on job portals
