*Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
*Clarify Customer requirement
*Responsible for identifying the needs of the customer and sell additional extended warranties, solution station contact and other service packages
*Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
*providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-*sales support services;
*analysing costs and sales;
* Can sales product like (ANTIVIRUS , PC CLEANERS ,etc)
*sell the Annual Maintenance for Computers (AMC)


Night shift 5 days Working
