Technical Lead (Ruby on Rails)

• Your primary responsibility as a Tech Lead will be, to be a highly technical, hands-on software engineer & architect, and an effective team builder.
• You should have a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Software Engineering from a reputed university/Institute in India, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, a deep interest in design, excellent communication skills, and want to work in a growing start-up business.
• We are looking for people with progressive technical experience, sharp coding skills, and a passion for managing developers in a fast-paced environment. 
• You will report to the CEO
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Ruby in Rails and architecture and should have built at least couple of products from scratch and scaled it to 10X to 100X.
