Technical Proposal Writer

The Technical Proposal Writer is responsible for developing a range of proposal content that meets Requests for Proposal (RFP) compliance and Etica Inc.'s quality standards. The Writer develops proposal content in coordination with the Project Manager and the Proposal Coordinator.

Reviews and interprets RFP requirements to develop comprehensive, compliant proposal outlines and templates.

Collaborates with project managers and field team to brainstorm strategy and approach and ensure decisions are captured in proposal outlines, templates, and other documentation.

Writes and edits original text, tailoring boilerplate, and rewriting third-party contributions to fulfill RFP requirements
Edits for grammar, spelling, factual accuracy, clarity;
Formats documents in Google Docs and Google Spreadsheet.
