Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle Inbound calls for Technical Sales Process from US and Canada based customers
2. Provide technical assistance to customers and focus on selling Annual or Incidence based support plans
3. Effectively handle customer queries, objections and apprehensions to close sales
4. Must have good knowledge of Desktop, Printer, Router and Antivirus issues faced by customers
5. Meet monthly sales target set forth by the company
6. Do feedback calling for customer satisfaction and retention
7. Must have excellent communication and soft skills.
8. Fluent English speaking ability is required.
