Job Description

Job role : Technical sales executive
Role and responsibilities :
1. Good communication skills
2. Should have calling experience for US based company. Handling customers and selling subscriptions products to new customers
3. Must have min. 6 months experience in talking pop up / ppc/ antivirus / virus related calls from US customers
4. Should be flexible to work in 24/7 environments . Ideally will be working in night shift 8 pm to 5 am
5. Must have technical sales experience and generating revenue against given targets
6. Technical knowledge : good with computers basics . Windows. Mac will be beneficial Should know how to take remote access on windows and mac with remote tools such as LMI ,GTA etc.
7 . Should be sales driven and target oriented guy with good Hand-Ons experience on diagnosing issue on computer , creating need of selling products
