Handling Inbound calls and Up Selling Technical Solutions.
Demonstrate effective typing and verbal communication skills.
Manage end-user customer phone calls / chat / remote sessions.
Preference to Candidates with Experience of Handling Calls related to Apple Devices like I-pad, I-pod & Macintosh Machines
Graduate,Undergraduate / Dropouts with minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Sales / Support
Excellent Communication skills.
Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
Develop & maintain Customer Relationship.
