? Excellent communication skills.
? Experience in customer and/or technical support – IT or non-IT.
? Candidates from customer service background may also apply.
? Interest to work in tech support; answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web.
? Flexible for 24x7 environment with shifts (5 days a week) – Rotational shifts.
? Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
? Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
? Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
? Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
? Prepare accurate and timely reports.
? Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
