Description
Should have thorough knowledge in IT Networking, Surveillance systems, Systems Administration. CCNA/CCNP certification is desirable.
Should act as single point of contact for all service calls
Ensuring the closure of cases with in defined SLA.
Familiarity with IT support processes, ITIL processes is must.
Excellent communication skills and Telephonic skills. Familiarity of multiple languages preferred.
Updating FAQs document as and when required.
Creating Activity Document for any planned activity
Interacting with customers for front-ending the Support for during client meetings.
Certifications (if any) – CCNA/ CCNP
