Technical Support Engineer

Education : Any Graduate / Masters in IT field.
Experience : 0 to 5 years of experience in the related field. Fresher can also apply for the post.

Job Responsibilities
(1) To assist overseas customers in their issues related to Windows, Linux, VPS Servers as well as to attend their queries related to their hosting account, invoicing, domain name status etc
(2) The medium of support will be live chats and support ticket system

Working Environments:
3 shifts : Morning, Evening & Night..
Shift will get rotate in every month.

Skills:
* Must have good command over written English
* Should be very good team member and should have a strong learning attitude
