* With Minimum 1yr experience in tech sales
* Expertise in providing technical assistant to international clients.
* Quality oriented Windows Troubleshooting.
* Providing solutions using voice as well as remote assistance.
* Utilization of experience in managing US customers and providing them technical solution in clear; transparent manner.
* Quality focused customer satisfaction
* Managing the goodwill and rapport of the organization.
* Provide support services to clients and retain a long lasting association of them.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
* Must have the ability to communicate clearly with clients at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
* Tech savvy, Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
* Adaptable and flexible to work in 24X7 environments.
