Strong in PM Skills:

1.Very good communication
2.The resource should have good knowledge of Testing Project Management methodologies and should have good experience in Microsoft Office, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify, analyze and prepare documents in MS Office
2. Assists in defining business metrics to manage and improve processes. 3.Creates deliverable such as business process flows, business requirements, Test Cases , Test Scripts etc.Ensure buy-in by key stakeholders of recommended solutions.Highlights process changes and provides input on potential impacts.4. Facilitates business process improvements through discussion, facilitation, process modeling, etc.5.Coordinates activities with Business Process Development and Solution Development teams.6.Strong Template creation skills and VoIP Protocol.7.Assist in all admin works
