Job Description

Interface with customers via inbound calls for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like Level1 issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company.


Job Responsibilities:
Freshers/ Experienced /Technical background preferred/Good convincing power and selling skills/Excellent Communication skills/Target Oriented/Confident and outspoken.

Shifts:9 pm to 6 am(5 days working).

Any Graduate fresher OR undergraduate / drop out / pursuing with 6 months international calling experience.
