Job Description

Providing Tech Support for US customers facing issues with PCs and Laptops. Involves handling issues related to Anti-Virus, Software issues, Hardware and Network Configuration issues.

Need to be extremely good in written communication and should be willing to work in night shifts.

Salary ranges between 1.9 Lakhs to 3.50 Lakhs and 20 to 30% hike from the previous package.
