Microsoft US Process: ( Total Positions- 100) Technical Support Associate/ Sr Technical Associate.
• Fresher’s AND Experienced Both with Excellent Communication Skills/
• Comfortable for a Rotational Shift & Rotational offs
• Good with Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows 7,8&10) , Working experience /knowledge of Microsoft O365/
• Passion for Technology (curious, has desire to learn, doesn't rely on past knowledge, stays on top of latest technologies).
• Good knowledge on latest versions of windows, installations, knowledge on mobile handset specifications
• Fresher welcome with excellent communication skill and technical knowledge on WINDOWS,
• Experience shall have 6 months exp and above years.
• Package max- 3 lacs
