Accountable for troubleshooting technical issues over remote access and over the phone
Able to comprehend and troubleshoot Network related issues
Able to comprehend and troubleshoot Printer related issues
Able to comprehend and troubleshoot Software related issues
Ability to understand/comprehend the customer's requirements and action accordingly
Open to feedback & learning
Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries
Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes & services
Fresher’s with minimum 60% marks in 6th and7th Semester
Strong customer service skills: empathy, listening, enthusiastic, patience, reasoning and problem-solving skills
Training will be on self support basis
