The Trainer/Instructor/Subject Matter Expert (SME) team supports an array of training material development activities. The trainers apply their knowledge and experience in hard technical skills OR soft behavioral skill to develop technical or soft skills training curricula, learning materials and assessments for online and instructor-led environments.
The trainers are responsible for creating and maintaining training material while working in close collaboration with instructional designers.
