• To develop methods and procedures to ensure Technical Publications Documents are in conformance with Technical Publication Standards.
• Technical Writing basics, DITA , XML
• To provide guidance and direction to Technical Publications team
• To execute project planning, tracking, effort estimation, task allocation to team, and preparation of project status reports and ensure consistent quality and timeliness of output.
• To understand the customer requirement.
• To understand the maintenance and repair requirements of the products, and communicate with the customer to ensure that the maintenance and repair requirements are captured in the manuals.
• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
• To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions
