Job Description

•Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up &
outbound cold calls & emails, Understand customer needs & requirements, Close sales & achieve quota on regular basis.
•Calling New/ Existing clients (Lead Generation)
•Explain about Company services & different packages to clients
Convince clients to register with Company
•Maintain Client database and maintain good client relation.
•Fixing the appointments for BDE's
•The tele caller has to call from the database which the management will provide & explain about the products & brief our products/solutions
& services.
•Fix meetings on the phone with prospects willing to buy Real Estate Properties with Sales Executives
•Cold calling from database,Update & maintain database of all outbound calls
•Being updated on new listed properties
•Follow up of leads to create sales opportunity with Pre-defined Targets
