Build and monitor network set up requirements for partnership with MFI and distribution network in rural areas
Relationship management with MFI stakeholders at various levels
Inventory tracking and monitoring across all stocking points
Meet revenue and profitability targets of the assigned territory
Team handling for Enterprise leaders (EL) and Channel Development Officer (CDO)
Monitor the performance of team to ensure efficiency in business ops
Distributor appointment in feeder market
Appointment and servicing of DLEs (Comm. Agents)
Driving marketing activities at village level to create social awareness and drive sales
Education-
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization (Candidates with MFI background will have added advantage)
Positions- 3 ( Jaipur/Udaipur/South Haryana)
