The TM will be responsible for the performance of 5-7 branches / teams in terms of target achievement, student services, upkeep, compliance and reporting. He / she will be expected to divise sales plans, budgets & execution strategies; lead from the front in their execution and achieve the sales targets. He will act as guide and mentor for the front line teams and as the source for market developments and information for the management.`
Post graduation qualifications in Management, Commerce/Finance/Accountancy or social sciences
8 to 12 years in sales or marketing, of which minimum 6 years in managerial / team leading capacity
3- 4 years of experience in Education Industry is mandatory
CTC 40 - 50K depending on the candidate’s background plus reimbursement of field expenses plus, performance linked incentives.
