Job Description

Driving postpaid sales, direct sales and modern trade channel partners, retails outlets. Responsible for achievement of monthly targets of post paid connections as well as postpaid products(walky , data card and hand sets). People management develop & maintain a motivated enthusiastic team for achieving and exceeding targets. Responsible for business profitability with good business hygiene. Responsible for brand visibility at all retail. Build relationship with store managers and executive to promote post paid sales. Build relationship with backend person to solve all issues of channel partner. Ensure regular audits and reviews to meet desired standards. Designing and updating all schemes & offers for retails. Overall responsibility for profitability of all post paid channels.
