Using expertise in business process and needs, combined with expertise in IT/ERP & Risk management & Compliance, Security and supporting technologies, lead cross-functional problem-solving between the Business Users, Technical Team.
Help teams to these end goals: Sustainable security model, documented processes, procedures, roles and responsibilities, meet and exceed end user and new project SLA’s for security & Compliance.
Implement & innovate, the “ConfidentG” and Salesforce CRM Cloud platforms, ensure that the system meets objective to business users using Analysis, Design and Solution development
