Job Description

• Preparation of Training Content in accordance with the latest process changes
• Review and approval of training content with the Site Heads, AM – L&D & Head L&D.
• Review and update the training content every 6 months
• Deliver minimum of 60 hrs training per month
• Collect feedback after every training session
• Maintain minimum 90% of Good feedback score
• Collate training delivered, staff trained and feedback score details
• Prepare presentation for weekly and monthly review meetings
• Conduct Training Need Analysis(TNA)
• Complete support to training initiatives
• Evaluation of Process knowledge by conducting tests
• Provide ad-hoc trainings to the staff as per requirements
