1) Managing incoming calls and customer inquiries.

2) Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

3) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

4) Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments etc.

5) Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.

6) Should be proficient in Listening Skills, Phone Skills, Multitasking, Patience, Positive Attitude, Problem Solving, Ability to work under pressure.
