Job Description

Must have strong 2-4 years of end-to-end US IT/Engineering/Professional recruitment experience. Rich experience in W2 sourcing & hiring is required
Must have experience on full life cycle of recruiting (Sourcing resumes, interviewing, technical screening & interviewing, offering candidates and on-boarding of candidates)
Must have sound knowledge on IT/Engineering and Non-Technical concepts
Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (W2, ).
Must have good salary negotiation skills.
Experience in sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards etc.

Planing to open another branch in Dehradun.
